Job Summary
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for client relationships? As an Account Manager/Director at Amphin, you will manage a portfolio of clients, develop tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
I. Account Management: Manage existing client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring new business opportunities.
II. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on marketing strategies.
III. Strategy Development: Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
IV. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, technical, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and projects.
V. Client Presentations: Lead client presentations, discussions, and regular updates, providing insights and recommendations.
VI. Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as ROI, customer satisfaction, and campaign success, and use data to improve outcomes.
VII. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools, leveraging this knowledge to enhance client campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Skills Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in client-facing roles
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SMM, PPC, branding, and content development
